Children’s Shelter of Hope Foundation
Almost from its inception in 2002, Constance has been a volunteer in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at the Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza (RISE), the non-profit home for fifty or more children from infancy through their early to mid-teen years whose families either cannot care for them financially or have abused or abandoned them. For six years she was also an active board member of the Children’s Shelter of Hope Foundation, a U S 501 (c)(3) tax-deductible charity that donates over 90 percent of the money it raises to support the needy children in that area.
